3 Betting Rules & Settlement Policy

Bet Confirmation

When placing a bet at Jilliv, review all the details on your bet slip carefully — team, market, odds, and stake. Once you click "Confirm", the bet is final. Cancellations or changes are generally not possible after confirmation, so double-check before you submit.

If a Match is Cancelled or Incomplete

If a match is cancelled or ends before the scheduled time for any reason, settlement will be handled as follows:

• If a match is cancelled before it starts, all bets will be voided and stakes will be returned in full.
• If a match starts but is not completed, sport-specific settlement rules will apply (e.g., the Duckworth-Lewis method in cricket).
• In football, if less than 90 minutes are played, bets on the match winner market are voided.
• If one match in an accumulator bet is cancelled, that selection is removed and the remaining odds are used to settle the bet.

Odds Changes

In live betting, odds shift from moment to moment. The odds displayed at the time you confirm your bet are considered final — though minor differences may occur due to server delays, in which case Jilliv will apply the odds at the time the bet was received.

Illegal Betting Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jilliv:

• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Using multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Attempting to hack an account or steal another user's information.

4 Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposit
